Jimmy was born on December 5, 1969 in Bremerton, Washington to Gerald Eugene Allen, Jr. and Linda Rae (Rowell) Allen. He passed away on August 11, 2021 in Portland, Oregon. He is survived by his wife Antionette "Toni" Allen; his brother Wade Allen; his children Jake Allen, Jessie Allen, Norman Fink and Katie Brenner; his grandchildren Alyssa, Aleenah, Christian, Kali, Kaylinn, Karly, Kinsley, Nicholas and "Baby Bump" Delaney James due in September.
