Matthew Ryan Marshall-McCLure
January 5th, 2018
Matthew Ryan Marshall- McClure (AKA Matthew McClurg AKA Hooka Hookaface AKA Monkeyman AKA Matt) was born on 11-25-1991 in Loveland, CO at McKee Medial Center and was a proud Colorado native. He was the son of Mike Marshall and Patty McClure, the brother of Melissa McClure, husband to Stephany McClure and father to Neveah and Temperance. He was the nephew of Doug McClure and Vickie McClure-Wright and cousin to ... too many to count. Matt was a passionate arborist and proud business owner, outdoors man and adventurer and an expensive hooker with a heart of gold. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking (which meant scrambling and creating his own trail). He was a prepper and a conspiracy theorist who collected turtles and silver coin. He could find common ground with anyone, was kind to strangers and held the door open to all. His favorite topics were politics, religion, telling you that you're wrong and how pretty he was. He climbed mountains and became and urban spelunker. No adventure was too risky. He lived and died like a Tupac song. He proudly identified as a Heathen. He is a son of Oden, a warrior in Valhalla for he was killed in battle and will feast with Oden for eternity. He lived, he mattered he is eternal. What is dead may never die In lieu of flowers anyone wishing to make donations in his name may do so directly to Viegut Funeral Home to assist in covering expenses and set up a trust for his daughters. "Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value" Memorial services will be held at Viegut Funeral Home on Friday, January 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
