James Leslie Reeder

James Reeder, 68 of Loveland, CO passed away peacefully at home on April 23rd 2021. Jim joined the U.S. Army in 1971 where he earned the rank of First Sergeant and continued serving his country in the National Guard until retiring in 2012. He held a lengthy career in the auto body industry and was field area service manager for a leading technology company that provided solutions in the automotive space until 2011. Jim enjoyed traveling, never turned down an opportunity for a good adventure, and was always planning the next prank. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was loved by all who knew him and touched everyone he met in a special way. Everyone felt his joy of life. He is survived by his wife Barb, 7 children, 5 grandchildren, a brother, many extended family members, and many friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by his father and mother. A casual memorial service will be held at Viegut Funeral Home Saturday May 1st at 10:00 am 1616 N Lincoln Ave, Loveland CO 80538. A private celebration will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim’s honor to the National Stroke Association, American Heart Association, Down’s Syndrome Association or to any charity of your choice
