Dennis Austin Norman

Dennis Austin Norman, age 74 of Loveland, CO passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Born in Denver, Dennis was adopted by Vern and Elizabeth (Corkins) Norman and raised in Greeley. As a kid he often spent summers on the homestead in Linden. Dennis served in the Navy as an electronic technician from 1967 to 1973; after which he spent eight years in the Reserves. During this time he married for the first time and also became a father. He spent 19 years working for Hewlett Packard as an electronic technician where he also met his second wife. He held a few odd jobs later on before becoming a fuel truck driver for Johnson’s Corner and eventually Agfinity until his retirement. Dennis loved spending his time fishing, camping, playing games, shooting his guns, and spoiling his grandchildren. He was friendly, outgoing, kind, and always full of stories for anyone who is willing to listen. Dennis was preceded in death by both his parents, his stepmother Norma, his first wife Linda (Burton), his brother Todd Norman, and sister Tina O’Donnell. He is survived by his wife Robin (Johnson); brother Troy Norman; sons: Craig Johnson, Matthew Norman, Andrew Johnson, Mark Norman, and Travis Norman; and daughters: Karen Johnson and Dianna Norman; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Viegut Funeral Home on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 2pm. A reception will follow.
