Linda "Jenkins" Kay Anderson
March 31st, 1945 - December 22nd, 2014
Linda Kay Anderson 69 passed away peacefully December 22, 2014 at home with loving friends surrounding her. She was born to Orlo and Bonita Jenkins in Astoria. The family moved to Fairview where Linda grew up. She graduated from Reynolds High School and Oregon State University. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, sister Dorothy and brother Perry. Linda was diagnosed with kidney disease 16 years ago and spent these past years living a full life while going to dialysis treatment three times a week. She remodeled her house to create a sanctuary of peace and beauty. Linda was a master gardener and her beautiful gardens reflected her creativity and hard work. Linda retired from Kaiser Permanente. She was involved with the Morrison Center as a board member. She was a patron of the Portland Symphony and the Oregon Humane Society. Linda had long time relationships with dogs and kitties that she adopted from the Humane Society. She leaves behind her three kitties; Emma, Zelda and Zoe. Service Information
