Abraham Allen Paetow
April 15th, 1979 - January 6th, 2024
Abraham Allen Paetow of Longmont passed away January 6, 2024 at Poudre Valley Hospital. He was 44. Abraham was born April 15, 1979 to Warren and Julie LaQuey Paetow in Boulder. Abe graduated from Longmont High School in 1999. He met his high school sweetheart, Stephanie VonFeldt, at Longmont High. The two were married June 14, 2012 at Ellis Ranch. Abraham and Stephanie enjoyed caring for their cats, Allen, Simba, Zion, Trinity, Anubis and Nefertiti together. Abe liked "The Fast and the Furious" movie franchise, import car racing, low rider cars and bicycles, cooking and drawing. He also enjoyed going to the movies with Stephanie and his mother and father-in-law, Karen and Steve VonFeldt. The four of them usually saw "The Fast and the Furious" movies on opening day. Abraham is survived by his wife, Stephanie Paetow, of Longmont, CO; his father and mother-in-law, Steve and Karen VonFeldt, of Longmont, his father and step-mother, Warren and Kennetha Paetow, of Penrose, CO; his sisters Abigail Schmerfeld (Rodney) and Ola VanDorn of Oklahoma; his brother, Shaun Wells (Kimberly) of Richfield, UT; nephews, Adam and Jayden; nieces, Stephanie, Alayna and Cierra; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Abe was preceded in death by his mother, Julie Paetow, baby sister Hannah, three sets of grandparents, Walter and Betty Paetow, Tom and Lois LaQuey, and Kenneth and Eloise Stacy; and his aunt, Pat Paetow. A Celebration of Life is being planned for Abraham in the Spring.
