Cynthia "Cindi" Diane Bullins Williams

Cynthia (Cindi) Diane Bullins Williams passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Cindi was born on January 6, 1955 in Asheboro, NC to David Bullins and Betty Bullins Pierce. She graduated from Independence High School in Charlotte, NC in 1973 and from Central Piedmont Community College in 1991 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. Upon her graduation from CPCC, she practiced as a Registered Nurse in the Charlotte area for almost 30 years. She was well regarded by her coworkers for her compassion and hard work. Cindi married Stuart Williams on October 10, 1981 and together they raised one son, Kelly, and one daughter, Christine, before later separating. Cindi had a deep love for music and made many lasting memories going to see concerts with her friends Lorri Couvillion and Sherry Clifton. She was also passionate about reading and bird watching. She also rescued and raised many cats and dogs. Cindi was preceded in death by her father, David Stanley Bullins, her brothers, Darryl Stanley Bullins and David Powell Bullins and her sister, Lisa Ruth Bullins. She is survived by her mother, Betty Bullins Pierce, her brother, Earl Thomas Bullins, her husband, Stuart Williams and her two children, Kelly Williams and Christine Williams. A memorial service for Cindi will be held on Sunday, November 7 at 1 pm at Lupie's Cafe located at 2718 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28205.
