Robert Joseph Weisgerber

Mt. Holly, N.C. - Robert Joseph "Joe" Weisgerber passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at the age of 67. He was born October 25, 1952 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Doyle Edward Weisgerber and Patsy Boerke Reynolds. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents Adam and Alma Boerke and Rudy and Bertha Weisgerber. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Bonnie Petro Weisgerber of the home; brothers: Keith Weisgerber (Ann), Ricky Stieneker (Gleeta), Chris Weisgerber; children Tina Riley (Curtis), Brandon Weisgerber (Rachel), Adam Weisgerber (Miranda), Mark Weisgerber (Amber), Jarod Ewers (Christine), Dennis Petro (Mitzu), James Petro (Jessica), Annemarie Ray (Michael); 16 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Joe was a loving husband, brother, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being with his family on the lake. He was also a great dancer who loved to shag and listen to beach music. His family looks forward to seeing him again one day in heaven.
