Robert "Bob" M. Bodnar, Jr.

Beloved husband, son, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully on January 10, 2021 at the age of 58. Bob was a 1980 Graduate of Independence High School where he played football, worked on cars and drove a school bus for the younger children. He dedicated 24 years as a volunteer Firefighter and EMTD. He was a Mechanic and Commercial Auto Parts salesman who had a great love for anything that moved fast with an engine in it. Bob enjoyed building engines especially for drag racing. He had a great passion for working on cars. He loved riding his Harley especially on the Keith Larsen Charity rides. Bob was a great cook and enjoyed food and cooking for his family and friends. He was a BIG MAN who loved little dogs! We will truly miss his big heart and really BIG BEAR HUGS! Bob is proceeded in life by his father Robert M. Bodnar Sr. and his mother Joyce Rae Bodnar. He leaves behind his loving wife Linda S. Bodnar, his two step children, his son-in-law, his brother William Jay Bodnar wife Corenda and their family, his Sister Chrystal McGuinness her children and fianc.
