Judy Ann Davis
November 13th, 1950 - February 25th, 2024
Judy Ann Davis, 73, of Jefferson, WI, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024, at home surrounded by her family after a 5-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on November 13, 1950, in Fort Atkinson, WI, the daughter of Cal and Madeline Wolfram. After graduating from Lakeside Lutheran High School in 1968, she attended cosmetology school and worked at LeTress Salon. On November 13, 1971, she married Ross Davis, and had two children, Matthew and Melissa. Once her children were born, she was a proud stay-at-home mom. Gardening and watching truck pulling were her favorite pastimes. She would often be seen at pulls with her “pink bag” filled with tootsie rolls and other candy for her grandchildren. She was a faithful member at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church. The family is grateful to Pastor Ethan Steinbrenner and Pastor Daniel Wessel for their pastoral care. Judy is survived by her husband, Ross; children Matthew (Andrea) Davis of Jefferson, Melissa Gross of Fort Atkinson; grandchildren Cameron, Seth and Breanna Davis of Jefferson, Clarissa and Karmyn Gross of Fort Atkinson; and sister Sharon Stevens of Fort Atkinson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Donald Stevens. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rainbow Hospice or Lakeside Lutheran High School in Judy’s name are welcome. A special thank you to the staff at Dr. Porter’s office in Fort Atkinson, Dr Uboha’s office in Madison and Rainbow Hospice care for the care and compassion they gave to Judy. A private family service will be held.
