Steven Dale Bullard was born October 14, 1955 in Wray, CO to Ronald & Margaret Bullard. He died January 22, 2013 in Lakewood surrounded by his family. Steve graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1974. He attended CSU, CU and Cedar City, UT for a period of time. He married Janel Campbell, May 1, 1982. To this union was born two children, Shawn Steven and Lindsey Cay. He founded, owned & operated Bullard Concepts, building custom homes for many years. He received the Parade of Homes award in 1984. Steve was preceded in death by his wife Janel, his father Ronald, grandfather Burl Lockwood, grandparents Elmer & Lamedia Bullard and several aunts & uncles. He is survived by his son Shawn of Castle Rock, daughter Lindsey and husband Clay Cushman of Arvada. Fiancee Mary Senter of Lakewood, mother Margaret and husband James Scholl, sister Sherri and husband Brad Brackhan, grandmother Veva Lockwood, all of Holyoke. Mother-in-law Margaret Campbell of Wheat Ridge. Niece Nicole and husband Jared Moore and nephew Ryan Brackhan. And a host of relatives and friends. Steve was a great man, wonderful father, husband and friend who will be sorely missed. Funeral services are at Aspen Mortuary on January 28, 2013 at noon.
