Jane Marlys Bound
March 23rd, 1935 - February 19th, 2018
JANE MARLYS (SCHEPPERT) BOUND - age 82 of Jefferson, passed away on February 19, 2018 at Alden Estates of Jefferson. She was born March 23, 1935 in Watertown daughter of the late, Mary (Seeber) and Arthur Scheppert. She attended Sanborn Hill country grade school and then transferred to Fort Atkinson and graduated in 1953 from Fort Atkinson High School. Jane graduated from Cosmetology College and pursued her career as a beautician, having worked at Dorothy's Beauty Shop for many years until she opened Jane's Beauty Shop from 1968 until 1978. On June 19, 1954 she married John (Jack) Bound in Janesville, he preceded her in death on July 13, 2011. Jack and Jane bought the Scheppert family farm and transformed the farm into a horse training and western store facility running JB Tack Shop from 1979-2003. She is survived by daughter Jacqueline (Shaun) Olson of Deerfield, Sons Jim (Lisa) Bound of Fort Atkinson and Jon (Penny) Bound of Jefferson. Brother Wayne (Joyce) Scheppert of Stark City, MO; Sister, Marlene (Joel) Braunschweig of Jefferson. Grand Children, Jason Olson, Fort Atkinson, Jeremy Olson of Stoughton, Colton Bound of Jefferson, Jax and JB Bound of Fort Atkinson. Great Grand Child, Jori Jane Olson and nieces and nephews, Joel, Wade, Ward and Kory Scheppert of Missouri, Brad Braunschweig of Jackson, WI . Brother-in-law George Johnson of MS, and other relatives and friends. Jane was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2011, parents Art and Mary Scheppert, sister; Lois (Scheppert) Holmes and nephew Brian Braunschweig, sister-in-law Connie Johnson. Visitation for Jane will be held on March 3, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Jansen's Banquet Hall in Fort Atkinson. Funeral services will be at Jansen's at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Kevin Butler presiding. Burial will follow in the Evergreen cemetery in Fort Atkinson. Donations in Jane's name may be given to; Wisconsin Quarter Horse Association (WQHA) toward a youth scholarship in Jane's memory/honor.
