Bonnie Mae Johnson born November 10, 1926 in Warren, Ohio to Hazel and Donald Cassidy. She had two brothers Donald Jr. and Richard, predeceased. A life well lived, she passed away peacefully in her sleep at home, May 1, 2024 at 97.
After high school she became an airline stewardess for Trans World Airlines, where she later met her husband, Robert F. Johnson. Eventually settling in the greater Sacramento area, where they raised their family. Bonnie was active in her church as a devout Christian, she loved singing in the choir, tithing, reading the bible, traveling the world, playing Bridge with her friends, playing board games with her family and eating pizza. Bonnie was a philanthropist, supporting under privileged children, veterans, and animals. She remained physically and mentally active contributing to many stimulating conversations.
A devoted mother to Wayne, Marc, Dean and Michelle, grandmother to Maggie and Alexander, great-grandmother to Rhodes and Barlowe and JJ her canine companion of 9 years, all her pride and joy!
She is loved dearly and missed by all.
