Thomas William Farmer

Farmer Jr. Thomas William January 18, 1928 January 22, 2021 Tom was a WWII Veteran and only child to Thomas William Farmer Sr. & Priscilla Kavanaugh. He married Mary Helen Tierney who was the oldest of 11 children. Tom suddenly had all kinds of brothers & sisters which he loved. Tom & Mary were married for 68 years. Tom was very generous to his children sending them to St. Thomas Military Academy & the University of St. Thomas. Tom & Mary had a lake home on Crosslake. He enjoyed having his children & grandchildren come. The grandchildren were brought up to the lake by Tom and Mary many times and he planted an Evergreen for each of them. He was a great storyteller usually about family & friends. Survived by sons Thomas III & John (Kimberly); grandchildren Maria (David) Holm, John (Lori), Kathryn (Nelson), and Juliet; great grandchildren Ben, Will, & Max Holm and Matt & Tyler Farmer.
