Died peacefully surrounded by his family and priest. Preceded in death by parents, Tom & Eleanor; siblings, Patsy, Dennis, & Tom. Survived by his best friend & wife, Patty; children, Jacob (Brittney), Catherine (Andrew) Christensen, Jon, Nicole, & Victoria; grandchildren, Carson, Finn, & Eden; siblings, Curt, Diane (Don) Schwabe, Gale Bush, Steve, Marguerite, & Matt. Mass of Christian Burial Friday (July 18, 2014) 11:00 AM at Church of St. Peter, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 5-7 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul and one hour prior to the Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
