Stickels Belva L. “Betty” Beloved Wife, Mother & Grandma Age 92 of Oakdale, MN Preceded in death by parents Lyle & Belva Mickey, siblings Jack & Joanne, husband Avery, and many other loved ones. Survived by son Steve & wife Vicki, grandchildren Joshua, David & Nicole. Betty grew up in Sioux City, IA, and moved to St. Paul, MN, after marrying Avery. She worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield and School District #622. She was a member of Beaver Lake Lutheran Church and also attended King of Kings Lutheran where she enjoyed listening to her son and grandson play in the worship band. Her hobbies included singing in the church choir, tending her flowers, cooking, and visiting with friends. She especially loved spending time with her cherished grandchildren. Her lively spirit, love for family, and thoughtfulness will be sorely missed. Funeral Service Friday, March 15, 2019, 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to Service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
