Steve Mueller, age 45 of Shoreview and formerly of North Saint Paul died unexpectedly Saturday, April 17, 2021 at his home. Stephen Alan Mueller was born February 19, 1976 in Saint Paul, the son of Lynne Burns Dvoracek and Ronald Alan Mueller. He grew up in North Saint Paul and graduated from North High School. While in high school, he especially enjoyed downhill skiing. Steve can be remembered for his love of fishing and truly enjoyed the fishing trips taken with his family. Spending time with his kids and being the best Dad was very important to him! Among Steve’s most endearing qualities were his huge heart and sense of kindness that was appreciated by many. Steve was truly loved by each of his family members and will be always be remembered with great joy. Steve will be deeply missed by his loving partner, Jenny Krause and their children, Kyle and Alex; son, Tylre Knutson and his mother, Melody Knutson; grandsons, Tidus Carter and Adikus Dean; his mother and her husband, Lynne and Tony Dvoracek; father and his wife, Ron Mueller and Lisa Anthony; sister and brother-in-law, Dina and Bill Aune; brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Vanessa Mueller; nephews, Logan Aune and Brady Aune; many other family members and friends. A visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 – 7th Avenue East, North Saint Paul. A service to celebrate Steve’s life will be held at 1 pm Friday, April 23, 2021 at Sandberg’s with a visitation beginning at 12 Noon until the time of the service. He will be interred at Lakeview Cemetery, Matomedi, Minnesota. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Steve’s family.
