Age 48 of Stillwater, passed away on September 26, 2021 surrounded by family and friends after a long, courageous battle with cancer. An avid sports fan, he rooted for the Twins and the Cubs. He loved horseracing, boating on the St. Croix River, and spending time with his family especially camping and traveling. Preceded in death by father, Arthur and in-laws, Bill & Liz Schroeder. Survived by wife, Sara; children, Ella & Charlie; mother, Susan (Tom Sharkey) Sturgis; brother and sister-in-law, Seth (Jamie) Schroeder; nieces, Ali & Annika; other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life at the No. St. Paul VFW (2483 E. 7th Ave.) from 4-6 PM on Friday, October 1, 2021.
