Franlkin, Larry D. Age 85 of North St. Paul, MN, passed away April 5, 2023, at home. Preceded in death by his mother, Rhea; father, Steele; and sister, Dianna. Survived by wife, Tonya; sons, Craig (Brenda), Mark (Brenda), Eric; 7 grandchildren, Alyssa (Mike) Fuller, Mitchel Faith, Austin Corrine, Dylan, Justin, Gavin, Karina; 4 great-grandchildren, Weston, Emmet, Kai and May; and brother, Murray. Larry was born in West Denmark, graduated from North High, and retired at 37 years from Lucent. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and traveling to see light houses. He will be missed. A private Celebration of Life was held on April 11, 2023.
