Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, North St. Paul, MN. Luncheon to follow at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the church or the Hubbard County DAC, both of which Nina supported wholeheartedly. Nina was born June 23, 1937 in Hunter, ND and later moved with her family to Park Rapids, MN. Nina was a schoolteacher for a number of years, a job that she talked about fondly. She married Jack in 1958 and they raised their 2 girls in Maplewood, MN. Nina loved her family and they were always very important to her. She and Jack loved to travel and went all over the United States, and also ventured to other countries with tour groups. She was an excellent seamstress and made many quilts, outfits, and bathrobes for numerous family members. She volunteered for years at St. Peter's on the funeral lunch committee and at the main office at Hill Murray High School. She also worked at the State of MN for several years. Nina loved making ceramics, baking, Precious Moments figurines, the MN Vikings and Twins, and Hill Murray Hockey (of which some seasons she never missed a game!). Her and Jack also had a love for the artwork of Terry Redlin, the songs of Neil Diamond, the beautiful music of Lorie Line, and wine (they traveled to may wineries over the years to find the "best"!) Although she may not be with us on earth anymore, the memories of her will live on in all of us forever! Love you, Mom! (to which she would always respond "Love you more!")
