Dorothy Leah Frailey
March 2nd, 1925 - July 21st, 2014
Dorothy Rone Frailey (89) died at home on July 21, 2014 in Westminster, Colorado. Dorothy was one of eight children born to Roy and Emma Rone in Benton, Illinois. She was married to Richard Frailey for 67 years. While she was working and raising two daughters, she graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Special Education. She taught grade school in Carbondale, Illinois for many years. Richard and Dorothy moved to Arvada, Colorado in 1987 to be close to their daughters and grandchildren. Family was always Dorothy`s number one priority. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard, 7 siblings and a great granddaughter. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Whiting and Cathy Frailey; her grand children Teresa (Ryan) Waxler; Brian (Dawn) Whiting and Stephanie Hyde; and 6 great grandchildren.
