December 31st, 1928 - October 8th, 2014
Age 85, of Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota. Passed away on October 8th, 2014. Preceded in death by his sons, Marc P. and Marc S.; and his daughter, Cynthia. Survived by his wife of 60 years Bette; children Lee, Deborah (William) Stich, LeRoy M. (Anne), M. Peter, and H. Anna (Steve) Christoff; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister Elaine Schmidt. Service Tuesday, October 14th, 2014 at Noon at the Spielman Mortuary, 344 W. University Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55103. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery, South St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to service on Tuesday (11:00 a.m. - Noon).

Spielman Mortuary has been helping Saint Paul families since 1950 when Kenneth and Helen Spielman purchased the National Funeral Home. For over 30 years, the couple lived above the funeral home and took just one vacation. They sold the home in 1984 to the Willwerscheid family. We still operate Spielman Mortuary with the same traditions of pride, sensitivity, value, and attention to detail that the Spielmans followed for over three decades....
