January 9th, 1930 - June 30th, 2017
Age 87, of Saint Paul passed away on June 30th, 2017. Preceded in death by his first wife, Gean Warren Jackman; and his brother, Glen B. Jackman. Survived by his wife, Mary; children, Gail Nelson, Sandra C. Jackman, Brian K. Jackman, Danita J. Jackman, and Toni (Pierre) Peterson; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; also survived by a host of relatives and friends. Funeral Service Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 375 Oxford Street North, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55104. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Public Visitation one hour prior to funeral service at church on Tuesday (10:00 a.m. - 11;00 a.m.).

Spielman Mortuary has been helping Saint Paul families since 1950 when Kenneth and Helen Spielman purchased the National Funeral Home. For over 30 years, the couple lived above the funeral home and took just one vacation. They sold the home in 1984 to the Willwerscheid family. We still operate Spielman Mortuary with the same traditions of pride, sensitivity, value, and attention to detail that the Spielmans followed for over three decades....
