Felicia M. Fisher

Felicia M. Fisher, 67, of Gloversville went home to be with her beloved husband James on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at St. Mary's hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born June 12, 1947 in Amsterdam, she was a daughter of the late Homer Hill and Frances Horning Hill. She was an active member of the Step of Faith Church in Amsterdam. Felicia enjoyed sewing, crafts and singing. She was a devoted grandmother and had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren who knew her as "Me-Ma". Survivors include her son Michael E. Fisher (Heather) of Gloversville; daughters Barbara Rivera (Steven) of Fultonville, Shannon Meher of Gloversville and Jenni Nicolella (David) of Gloversville; sisters Teresa Quackenbush of Amsterdam and Delores Frye of Gloversville and grandchildren Ana-Marie, Gabe, Alec, Phil, Jacob, Gwenyth, Jonathan, Emily, Ashely, Isaac and Israel. Felicia is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her beloved husband James Robert Fisher and her brother William Hill. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 12:00 P.M. at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street Gloversville with Pastor Clyde Clymer officiating. Calling hours to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will take place on Friday, February 6 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery in Tribes Hill, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Felicia's memory to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, P. O.
