October 1st, 1944 - May 11th, 2014
Mr. Gregory J. Healey, 69, of Broadalbin, passed away Sunday May 11, 2014 following a brief illness. Born October 1, 1944 in Burlington, Vermont, he was a son of the late Gerald and Jeanne Kasier Healey. Greg graduated Perth Central School and served with the Army in Vietnam. He was employed as a truck driver most of his life retiring some years ago from the highway department in Broadalbin. He is survived by his children; Jenifer Healey of Johnstown and James Healey (Charlene) of Broadalbin. Greg is also survived by a sister Veronica Litterio of MA., and three brothers; Renee Healey of MA., Timothy Healey and John Healey both of N.Y., nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his wife Lynn Minkler Healey in 2003 and a brother Michael Healey. Private services will take place at the convenience of his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Jeffords & Stewart Funeral Home, 85 W. Main St. Broadalbin.
