Margaret A. Hungerford

Margaret A. Hungerford, 55, of Washington Street, Fort Plain, NY died peacefully on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Born in Cooperstown, NY on April 19, 1957 she was the daughter of the late Manley "Frank" Tabor and Anne Colquhoun Tabor. Margaret attend schools in Cooperstown and lived in the area most of her life. In 2006 she moved to Cullman, Alabama where she worked as Baker in the local Wal-Mart. In 2011 she returned to the area at the onset of her illness to be closer to family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her children, Jeremy Hungerford and Megann Chad Dipippo all of Cobleskill, NY; four grandchildren, Chase, Deven, Mason and Jayde; five siblings, Ian Colquhoun and Scott Margaret Colquhoun, and Eudora Tabor all of Scotland, Cathy John Monton of Florida, and David Patti Tabor of Cooperstown, NY; one special niece Diane Paul Corso of Fort Plain, NY; and several other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services for Margaret are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 108 Steele Avenue, Gloversville, NY 12078. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY.
