David C. Scott age 74 of Perth , NY died 8/13/17 surrounded by his loving family. Born 2/9/43 in Amsterdam NY he was the son of the late Clarence and Hazel (Tesnow) Scott. During his lifetime he worked as a carpenter and was self- employed in the company started by his father, C. Scott & Sons, Amsterdam NY. David is survived by his wife of 46 years Linda J. (Miller) Scott, 2 daughters Shannon L. (Charles) Wager of Caroga Lake, Heather A. (Michael) DeRocker of Mayfield. Grandchildren Julianna Wager, Joshua Scott, Cheyan (Casey) Elliott, Cassandra, and Paul DeRocker. Great Grandchildren , Landon, Matthew, Makenna, Olyvia, and Georgia. Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Betz, Rossi, Bellinger Family Funeral Home 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam NY 12010 on Saturday 8/19/17 from 11 to 1 pm with burial to follow in the family plot of the Perth Cemetery.
