Nacio en Septiembre 25, 1940.Entre 13, hermanos ella era la mayor, estuvo casada con Francisco Torres Otero y tuvieron nueve hijos de los nueve falleció uno, tiene 31 nietos y 43 bisnietos.A ella, le gustaba tejer, pintar, céramica y cantarle al señor, y le servia al señor .Al morir su esposo varios años después conocio al señor Ines Pérez, entre los dos decideron mudarse a los Estados unidos para vivir con su hija Maria Torres , en donde disfrutaba de todas las personas que la querian.A Ramona la conocian como la cariñosa, con sus besos mostraba su amor y su cariño para todo el que se le acercara .Hoy en día partió con el señor.Que Dios te bendiga Ramona Pérez, que tu alma descanse en paz./El señor rescato otro angelito bueno! Amen
