Christopher David Reale

Dr. Christopher David Reale Lived in Arvada, CO 11/29/54 - 01/08/16 Born in North Denver, CO Preceded in death by parents Joe Frank and Pauline Carol (Ballast) Reale and cousin, Mark Gerali. Survived by wife Tammy (Herrod) Reale and children Brooks (Nicole) Reale and Bailey (Patrick) Green, siblings Kathi (Mark Doody) Reale, Guiseppe (Debby) Reale, Leslie (Michael) Weathers, numerous nieces, nephews, and a great niece and nephew. Dr. Reale graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981. He did his internship at California College of Podiatric Medicine and his surgical residency at Kaiser Permanente of Vallejo, California. He then went on to build a successful podiatric practice on the Front Range, called North Valley Foot and Ankle Clinic. Chris's true loves in life were his children and family. He loved his golden retrievers, golf and fishing with his big brother and childhood friends, and being a doctor. He lived to coach his son†™s baseball team and never missed a game or event for his children. He was always there to lend a hand as the family handyman. As the ultimate host, he made sure that the whole (huge) family had whatever they needed to enjoy each other†™s company, especially with his unique Jell-O creations. Services to be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Bible Chapel. The reception will be held at Indian Tree Golf Course following the memorial. 7555 Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada, CO 80005.
