Janet A. Kiesel, 55, of Division Street, Amsterdam died September 29, 2007 at Albany Medical Center. Born on June 26, 1952 in Little Falls, she was the daughter of the late Otto V. Kiesel and Julia Marie Kiesel. She was a 1970 Graduate of Dolgeville Central School and attended Mildred Ellie Business School. Janet worked for 16 years as a secretary at General Electric and PTI in Schenectady before retiring in 1988 due to illness. All who knew her will sadly miss her. Her loving family includes Roger Melin whom she made her home with; her mother Julia Marie Kiesel of Myrtle Beach, SC; her brother, William Kiesel and his wife Carol of Porter Corners, NY; and her adoring three dogs, Rocky, Coco and Callie. At Janet?s request there are no calling hours or funeral services. Private services will be held at a later date in Myrtle Beach at the convenience of the family.
