Antoinette ?Toni? C. Orapello, 74, of Pleasant Valley Rd., Molena, Ga., passed away in Macon, Ga., following heart by-pass surgery. She had resided on Hermance Rd. in Galway for many years before moving to Georgia several years ago. Born in Amsterdam on Nov. 5, 1932, she was the daughter of the late James and Grace Lee Bottisti. Educated locally, she was a home maker who loved to knit, read and paint. She was a wonderful mother and caregiver and will be deeply missed. Toni was a devout member of St. Mary?s Roman Catholic Church in Galway. Her beloved husband, Frank L. Orapello predeceased her on May 26, 2004. She leaves behind her children; Christine Christopher Vandepas of Ballston Spa, Frank Mary Orapello of Kingston, Perry Suzanne Orapello of Ballston Spa, Laura Harry Wells of Molena, Ga.; her brother; James Madeline Bottisti of Amsterdam; sister; Sandra David Winney of Broadalbin; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A sister, Barbara Orapello predeceased her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass Of Christian Burial which will be offered on Tuesday, Sept. 4th at 11:00 am at St. Mary?s Church, East Street, Galway. Fr. Ronald Matulewicz, celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Ft. Johnson. There are no prior calling hours, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Toni?s name to St. Jude?s Children?s Research Hospital in care of the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam 12010.
