Mrs. Iva I. Warren, 94 of Gloversville, died Saturday at the Fulton County Residential Health Care Facility. Mrs. Warren was born August 27, 1912 in Detroit, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Rina Booth. She was educated in Detroit and has been a local resident for many years. Mrs. Warren had been a cook and housekeeper for various area health care facilities, retiring many years ago. She enjoyed singing and playing the Auto Harp. Known as a very thoughtful person, Iva was always thinking of others first, especially her family who she was very devoted to. Her husband Howard Warren pre-deceased her several years ago. She is survived by her children: Laura Fasani of Altamont, Geraldine Williams of Gloversville, Hortense Dingman of Fonda, Daniel Warren, David Warren and Larry Warren of Gloversville, William Warren of Broadalbin, William Manzer of Gloversville, Horton Miller of Norwich, NY, Albert Manzer of Phoenix, Arizona, and Myron Manzer of La Feria, Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted 1 pm Tuesday at the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street Gloversville. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 noon until 1 pm prior to the service. Burial will be private.
