Margaret L. Joyal, 61 of Johnstown, died Thursday at Nathan Littauer Hospital. Born in Cobleskill on May 12, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Lorenzo and Harriet Sisson Joslin. Margaret was educated in Cobleskill and Gloversville schools. For about 10 years Margaret operated the Crystal Dragon Store in Johnstown, which catered to many unusual items. She was also employed by JAG manufacturing for many years as a sewing machine operator. Survivors include her daughter Julie Hepner of Gloversville, a son William Joyal of Amsterdam, two sisters, Katherine Crandall and Martha Sellick both of Cobleskill. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces, nephews, her long time companion, Robert Van Dyke of Johnstown and her stepchildren; Sarah Hayner of Caroga Lake, Derek Van Dyke of Gloversville and Shannon Van Dyke of Florida. She was pre-deceased by three brothers; Charles, Ivan and Frederick Joslin. There will be no calling hours. A private family memorial service will be held on March 13, 2006. Arrangements are entrusted to the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street Gloversville
