Mary A. Quandt, R.N.

Mary A. Quandt R.N; passed away on March 25, 2020 at the age of 91. Born in the Town of Florida on July 27, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Charles Dow Persons and Mary A. (Regan) Persons. Mary graduated from St. Mary's H. S. and then trained at St. Mary's School of Nursing. As an LPN she worked at that hospital in the operating room. She married Joseph F. Quandt in 1949. Mary gave up her nursing career to become the mother, in time, of her nine surviving children: Joseph F., Daniel R., John C., Charles P., Michael T., Christopher J., Anne M., Paul D., Peter J., along with fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Per the wish of the family Mary’s services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
