Domingo Gauthier Gomez

Domingo Gauthier Gomez, 73, passed away on Sunday, October 11th, 2020, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on November 3rd, 1946, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, He was the son of the late Domingo Gauthier and Anna Carmen Gomez. Domingo was raised and lived almost his entire life in Puerto Rico. He recently relocated to the area last year to be closer to his family. Domingo is a graduate of Miguel Such High School in Puerto Rico. He studied at a vocational school in his hometown where he acquired his radio and television technician certificate and started his own business. He married the love of his life Lucy Romero on August 9th, 1973. Domingo will be fondly remembered for being his family’s strength and protector. He loved to play harmless pranks on his family and close friends and had an incredible sense of humor. He was a very happy person who would be just happy to listen to music and be sociable, or spend time with his family at home. He will be deeply missed. Domingo is survived by his beloved wife Lucy; his children, Eric Ja Gauthier, Domingo Gauthier Miguel A. Gauthier, Edwin F. Gauthier, Xavier Gauthier, Enid Gauthier, Rut Gauthier, and Marisol Gauthier; his sister Clara Gauthier, his grandchildren, Eric J. Gutierrez, Jeremy Gutierrez, Domingo J. Gauthier, Jacop Gauthier, Miguel Gauthier, Hugo Gardon, Antwan Gauthier, Sheliev Martinez, Janiel Martinez, Christian Mendez, Abiezer Gomez, Yulianys Gutierrez, Bianca Gauthier, Genesis E, Diaz, Alanys Sanchez, and Gabriela N. Mendez. Many more loving family and close friends also survive. Domingo is predeceased by his parents. Services for Mr. Gauthier are pending.
