Aaron Aldi

Aaron Aldi, passed away unexpectedly on Monday June 20, 2022. Aaron was born on September 5, 1977 in Amsterdam New York. He graduated from Amsterdam High School then he attended college at SUNY Delhi where he studied culinary arts. He worked at many restaurants and establishments in New York and Florida. He won awards for his culinary skills. He loved his friends and family with all of his heart. He was always kind to everyone he encountered. He was the life of every party and enjoyed telling jokes and making people laugh. He loved his boxers named Mister and OJ who were like children to him. He is survived by his mother, Linda Aldi of Amsterdam New York, his brother Manny Santiago and his wife Nichole, of Fort Johnson NY, his niece, Ashley Gonzales and her husband Daniel of Hagaman NY, Gabriella Lapi and her husband Brandon of Sharon Springs NY, and his nephew, Jonathan Santiago of Fort Johnson NY. He also had his great nephew, Vincent and great niece, Gianna along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins who reside throughout Upstate New York and Arkansas. Memorial services for Aaron will be held at Betz, Rossi, and Bellinger Funeral Home in Amsterdam on Tuesday June 28th from 5-7 PM. Please leave condolences online at www.brbsfuneral.com.
