Michael F. Carazza, III

Amsterdam-Michael F. Carazza, III, of Rt. 67, Amsterdam, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Born in Media, PA, on May 3, 1983, he was the son of Phyllis Montenaro and Michael F. Carazza, Jr. Mike attended Amsterdam Schools and worked several jobs throughout the area. He had a great love for music, reading, comedy and was very passionate about the grateful dead; “If you get confused, listen to the music play”- Jerry Garcia. Mike lived out his final years, happily residing with his stepfather, John Montenaro. Mike is survived by his mother, Phyllis; his father, Michael (Suzanne); his sister, Erica Jackson; his brother, Matt Montenaro, that he named; his stepfather, John. Mike was predeceased by his best friend and grandfather, Edward Levandoski; grandmother, Hilary Levandoski; grandmother, Verna Carazza and grandfather, Michael F. Carazza, Sr. Services for Mike will be private at the convenience of the family.
