Nicole Marie Surratt

Nicole Marie Surratt March 10, 1987-November 16, 2016 Nicole Surratt, 29, of Arvada, Colorado passed away November 16, 2016. She was born to Amber and Michael Surratt of Arvada, Colorado on March 10th 1987. Nicole went to The Schoolhouse and McClain High School. Nicole was an amazing writer. She especially expressed her thoughts and feelings through poems. Nicole had a passion for animals and would nurture and love any wounded animal back to health. She passed with her favorite furry friends by her side. Nicole is survived by her Mom, Amber and her Dad Michael, and sisters Kristen and Amy. She also leaves her maternal grandparents, John and Darlene; and her paternal grandparents, Jim and Jackie. She is also survived by her three nephews Jack, Ben, and Ethan and her niece Brynlea; Her two brother-in-laws Chad and Brandon. She is also survived by her three aunts Terri, Jean, and Dawn and her Uncle Corkey. And last she is survived by her cousins Scotty, Jill, Jenn, Zach, Angela, and Mick along with their husbands and wives and numerous second cousins. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Aspen Mortuary in Arvada, Colorado. A private viewing will be held for the family and a ceremony will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to your favorite local animal shelter.
