October 28th, 1973 - February 26th, 2022
Jeffrey W. Seitz, 48, of Richmondville, passed away into eternal rest on Saturday February 26, 2022 from complications of diabetes. Jeffrey was born on October 28, 1973 in New Jersey and moved to the Mohawk Valley as a child with his mom. He is predeceased by his parents Roger and Nancy (Staples) Seitz. Jeffrey is survived by his aunts Linda Henry, Linda Donaruma (Louis), and Susan McLean (Donald) and by his uncles Robert Seitz, Ronald Seitz, Peter Staples (Patricia), William Staples, David Staples (Lisa), Timothy Staples (Amy), and many cousins and friends. Jeff loved cats and trains, both model and real, professional wrestling, and music, he was a drummer in multiple bands. Jeff worked for many years at the Walmart Distribution Center in Sharon Springs. He was of the Christian faith and was kind, good, and generous to all he met. A memorial service will take place on Saturday March 26, 2022 at 2 pm at the Shiloh Church Home, 123 Market Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Arrangements have been entrusted the care of the Jackson & Betz Family Funeral Home, 15 Main Street, Fultonville, NY 12072.
