Maryann Jensen

Ms. Maryann Jensen, age 71, of Amsterdam, passed away Sunday August 25, 2019 at the Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, Gloversville. She was born July 18, 1948 in Gloversville, the daughter of the late William and Edith Andrews. She was later employed as a Security Guard at Rotterdam Mall for over 10 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed decorating, gardening, and loved her cat Lucy Ricardo. Maryann is survived by her two sons; Garth Dockstader and Todd Dockstader, her three daughters; Jolyn Dockstader, Cynthia Dockstader and Danielle Maloney (JR), 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, her brother; Billy, her two sisters; Jane and Barbara, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. She was predeceased by her parents William and Edith Andrews. In keeping with Maryann’s wishes, there will be no formal calling hours or funeral service at this time. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Brennan Humane Society. Arrangements are entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home.
