Mrs. Florence Rickard, age 79, of Gloversville, died September Saturday, 7, 2019 at Nathan Littauer Hospital Nursing Home, Gloversville . She was born September 19, 1939 in California and came to Gloversville as a teenager. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Florence is survived by three children, Tracy Rickard (Colette), Shelly Morehouse and Charlene Beard; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Rickard; a brother, Harvey Glover; and a stepsister, Shirley Kirby. Cremation will take place at Parkview Cemetery Crematorium. There will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville. Online condolences to the family may be made at www.brbsfuneral.com
