William "Hawk" Redhawk
January 15th, 1942 - February 21st, 2022
William Redhawk, age 80, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Albany Medical Center following a brief illness. Hawk, as he was known to his friends, was born in Porcupine, South Dakota on Lakota Sioux tribal lands, something he was very proud of. Over the course of his life, he saw many different parts of the world, and worked as a chef, taking care of his community in his own way. He leaves behind many friends and his beloved fiancee, Victoria Labarr. Services for Hawk will be held privately at his loved one's convenience. The staff of Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home is honored to be assisting Hawk's family.
