December 20th, 1944 - June 21st, 2022
Nancy Ann Sicilia, age 77, of the Town of Oppenheim, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady. She was born December 20, 1944 in Gloversville, the daughter of the late Albert and Eleanor (King) Sicilia. She was employed by Cumberland Farms of Scotia for many years until her retirement. She was a member of the Johnstown Women of the Moose and enjoyed camping and spending time with her good friends and especially her dog Kodi. She cherished her grandchildren as well. Nancy is survived by her companion of nearly thirty years, Gary Brothers; two children, Lori A. Sanges (Bob Getman) and Alan Brooks; five grandchildren, Samantha Sanges, Nicholas Sanges, Katie LaBonte, Christopher Brooks and Zachary Brooks. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the James A. Brennan Memorial Humane Society, 847 Nine Mile Tree Rd; Gloversville, NY 12078. Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
