James P. Harrington, age 78, died Tuesday, August 22, 2023. He was born February 16, 1945, in Saratoga Springs, the son of Robert and Lucy (Mitchell) Harrington. He was employed as a construction worker for many years until his retirement. James is survived by two brothers, Raymond and Michael Harrington; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two children, James Harrington Jr. and Rebecca Harrington.
