Louise Caruso, 99, of Gloversville, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Nathan Littauer Hospital Nursing Home, Gloversville. She was born December 19, 1924, in Gloversville, the daughter of Eugene and Mary (Savarese) Frascatore. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit. Louise is survived by three sisters, Leona Frascatore, Michelena Frascatore and Eugenia Clark; as well as several nieces and nephews including close nephews and niece Mark Shamon, Michael Clark and Barbara Clark. She was predeceased by her husband of 38 years, Anthony Caruso; and by five siblings, John Frascatore, Esther Shamon, Alfonso Frascatore, Lucy Giaquinto and Rose Frascatore. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, January 12th at 3 pm at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 153 S. Main St; Gloversville, with the Rev. Matthew Wetsel officiating. Interment will take place in the spring at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Johnstown. Arrangements have been entrusted to Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Homes, Gloversville.
