Warren G. Creglis, age 47, of Gloversville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Albany Medical Center, following several years of dialysis treatments. He was born November 18, 1970 in Amsterdam, the son of Theodore W. Creglis Jr. and Violet L. Barber Creglis Hall. A graduate of Johnstown High School, he served in the US Navy on the USS Portland in the Gulf War from 1989 to 1993. He was employed by Keymark, Inc. of Fonda from 2003 until he became disabled in 2016. Warren is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the VFW. He enjoyed Star Wars and Lighthouses and loved music and watching music videos. He especially loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He leaves behind his wife, Hope J. Pettit Creglis of Gloversville; stepson, James W. Dingman Jr. (Laura) and grandchildren Stewie, Sage, Maximus and Jacob Matthew of Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, April Persse; grandchildren, Cynthia Marie Dingman (Brian), Alexis Persse, Stephen Dingman and James Byers; brothers and sisters, Debbie Moore Siwik (husband Charlie deceased) of Broadalbin, Dawn Moore (Service Dog Tehya) of S. Carolina, Darcy Moore Washburn (Harrie) of Broadalbin and William Moore (Lynda) and Wayne "Blue" Moore (Billie Sue) of S. Carolina; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 7 p.n. Thursday, April 5 at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St, Gloversville, where a Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Friday with Jeffrey D. Eaton officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Gloversville. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the National Kidney Foundation of Central New York, 731 James St; Syracuse, NY 13203.
