Louise H. Day
September 6th, 1928 - March 10th, 2014
Louise H. Day of Camillus passed away at eighty-five years old on March 10, surrounded by her five loving children. Lou devoted her life to her family, which was her greatest joy. Her loving generous nature also extended to others. A lifelong active member of her church, South Onondaga Presbyterian, she believed in service to others. She volunteered weekly both for Meals on Wheels for 30 years, and for over 40 years at Community General Hospital. Lou was driving, shopping, entertaining and volunteering up until her last week. She will be joining her beloved husband, Gerald Day, who she lost three years ago. She is survived by her very fortunate and grateful children Lorrie (John) Anson, Kristie (Joe) Bialobzeski, Cindy (Sean) Mahoney, Gerald Jr (Barbara) Day, Michael (Marnie) Day, and ten grandchildren. A service of worship to celebrate her life will be held at the South Valley Presbyterian Church at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday March 15. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the South Valley Presbyterian Church (275 West Seneca Turnpike).
