March 5th, 1928 - March 15th, 2017
Margaret R McKinley, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. She was a native of Orange County, New York, and a Registered Nurse for 50 years. Margaret is survived by her children, Kenneth Jr., Margaret, Kathleen, Elizabeth, and Maryann. She is also survived by her brother, Jack Ringlehan; son-in-law, Richard Guarno; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. McKinley's family will receive guests at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 1515 Midland Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13205 on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a traditional Latin Rite Funeral Mass to follow in the church at 1:00 p.m.. The following day, Mrs. McKinley will be laid to rest in Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY next to her husband, Kenneth E. McKinley, deceased December 13, 1963. In lieu of flowers, the family requests instead that you have a Mass said for the repose of her soul at a catholic church of your choice.
