Emily Ruscitto Elia, of Syracuse passed away peacefully at her home with her daughter, Sandra at her side. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to all that knew her. Emily is predeceased by her husband, Tony; daughter, Cheryl Pistello; parents, Rose Cecconi and Anthony Ruscitto; brother, Peter Ruscitto; and sister, Maryanne Sciarrino. Emily is survived by her daughter, Sandra Elia; son, Salvatore Elia; grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Contributions in Emily's name may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1757 Central Ave., Suite 102, Albany, NY 12205
