Anthony J. "Tony" Parton, 55 of Syracuse, passed away peacefully in the company of his life partner, Robert Birchmeyer. He was well known at LeMoyne College having worked at Sodexo for many years. He was loved by faculty, staff and the students who he called his kids. Tony was a member of the Pedal to Possibility cycling group at Brady Faith Center and volunteered with the Brady Bread Baking Initiative. He overcame many challenges in life but enjoyed camping and being with friends. He showed unconditional love and a strong work ethic. He leaves a sister and a brother Joe. There will be a service at St. Lucy’s Church on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 9AM.
